Price Inquiries

Customers may request a sales quote to obtain pricing on our products by calling (877) 550-4020 or by emailing sales@cymogendx.com. All sales quotes are sent with a copy of our Certificate of Performance Guarantee.

Ordering

We do not accept phone orders for our products. A purchase order must be submitted to place a product order. Purchase orders should be emailed to sales@cymogendx.com or faxed to (845) 220-4023. The sales quote number should be referenced on the purchase order. We will also accept a purchase order number in writing sent by email.  All orders received after 4:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Changing or canceling purchase orders

Buyers may change purchase orders up to 10% of the original quantities ordered any time prior to delivery of product. Notification of changes to the order should be given by submission of a revised purchase order, specifically marked as a revised purchase order and either faxed to 845-220-4023 or emailed to sales@cymogendx.com. Cancellation of an order or changes to an existing order greater than 10% of the original must be authorized in writing by CymoGen Dx customer service.
