Shipping

We ship Monday through Thursday only. Domestic orders are shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight. International shipments are shipped by either FedEx International Priority or DHL. No shipping charges will be applied if a FedEx account number or DHL IMP number is provided on the purchase order. We ship our probes in insulated shipping kits with refrigerant gel cold packs designed to remain colder than ice. Our probes are very stable and can withstand several days under these conditions.

Storage

We indicate on the packing slip and on the outside of shipments that our products are perishable and should be stored at -20°C and protected from light. Also excess freeze and thaw cycles should be avoided.

Performance Guarantee

All products are guaranteed when run in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.  Probe expiration is guaranteed two years from purchase date. No reconstitution needed. Probes are ready for use. Customers should refer to the SOP.
